
Empowering Self-Awareness in Social Work
This module is part one of a Training Programme series called ‘Effective Engagement in Social Work through Psychoanalysis’.
The aim of the program is to highlight the importance of psychological self-awareness and its usability as a resource while working in the field. At Zeest, we have come to understand that self-awareness, reflective capacity and relational sensitivity contributes to developing trustworthy relationships and effective communication. These are some of the cornerstones of working with people in an effective and meaningful manner which in turn creates better outcomes for social impact as envisioned in the project undertaken by individuals or organizations.
